Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans through evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques suited to the client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring seamless care continuity.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care efforts, including regularly scheduled case consultations and peer reviews to enhance service delivery quality.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, equipping them with essential knowledge and resources to facilitate recovery.

• Stay informed of the latest advancements in the field of mental health to continually improve the therapeutic approach and interventions used with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients who seek assistance in managing various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
