Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the substance abuse history, mental health status, and specific treatment needs of clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique situations.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients' addiction issues alongside co-occurring mental health conditions, using evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate engaging and interactive individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to promote client involvement and motivation.

• Collaborate closely with fellow team members, including physicians, psychiatrists, and case managers, to provide coordinated and integrated care that meets clients’ diverse needs.

• Educate and support clients' families, fostering a comprehensive understanding of the recovery process and encouraging their involvement to reinforce positive change.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements and ethical standards to ensure quality of care and continuity for clients.

Qualifications\n
