Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining close connections with a dedicated team of mental health professionals. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that you are available for your clients during the standard business hours of Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM. Some flexibility may be required to accommodate the needs of patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique needs and circumstances of each client, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address conditions including trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring the utmost respect for client privacy.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a diverse team of mental health professionals to provide holistic care that meets our clients' diverse needs.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance therapeutic outcomes and improve service quality.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available in the community to empower them in their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, providing guidance and therapy to individuals facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
