Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Valid and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience providing psychotherapy and implementing solution-focused therapeutic approaches.

• Strong psychosocial diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop and communicate treatment plans effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients, family members, and interdisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in community health settings or those who are knowledgeable about the Natural Learning Environment Practices. Compensation and Benefits\n
