Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries, ensuring ethical practices are upheld.

• Conduct regular client sessions, providing continuous support and reviewing progress toward objectives and treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Perform intake assessments, articulate client histories, and identify goals to inform treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n
