Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological needs, strengths, and limitations, leading to personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups designed to address common mental health issues while fostering community support among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create seamless, comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during times of mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and stability of clients.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources to promote empowerment and independence.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with healthcare laws.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work directly with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
