Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, encompassing pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Engage in timely and accurate documentation of client interactions to meet regulatory compliance and organizational standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and assessments as directed by the clinical team to monitor client progress.

• Collaborate with various programs to create and implement constructive positive behavior support plans that address behavioral challenges effectively.

• Participate in all licensing and accreditation activities to uphold the high-quality standards of care.

• Serve as an essential liaison to state agencies, service systems, and community partners, fostering communication and collaboration to enhance service delivery.

• Maintain effective relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote Brightside's programs and secure new partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Continuously pursue professional development, attend relevant conferences and meetings, and contribute actively to expertise-related task forces and committees.

• Advocate and integrate our agency's mission, values, and philosophy into all aspects of your work.

• Perform additional related tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to meet organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, those in need of substance use recovery support, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
