This position is 100% remote, offering you the flexibility to work from any location while maintaining a regular schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our outpatient office, while remote, allows for team meetings and consultations via secure digital platforms, ensuring you stay connected and engaged with your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based tools and frameworks.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the goals and preferences of clients, ensuring they are supported in every step of their recovery.

• Provide high-quality counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, employing a variety of therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care and a holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our secure electronic health record system.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case discussions, and ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with clients dealing with addiction and related mental health issues. This includes providing support to those experiencing trauma, emotional crises, and suicidal ideations. Your experience and skills in addiction therapy will be crucial in guiding clients towards recovery and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Current independent LMHC license in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
