Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Organize and lead engaging group therapy sessions that promote interpersonal connection among clients, enabling them to share experiences and support each other in their healing journeys.

• Individual Counseling: Provide insightful and individualized counseling sessions focused on exploring clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Help clients develop actionable coping strategies tailored to their specific challenges.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and needs, ensuring that every plan is both achievable and focused on empowerment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center primarily serves young adults aged 18 to 30, a demographic often facing unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate this transformative phase of life, ultimately fostering emotional resilience and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current and valid LMHC license in the state of Florida.

• Experience with telehealth practices and virtual therapy sessions is highly preferred but not mandatory.

• An understanding of various therapeutic tools and treatment methodologies, particularly for young adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
