Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with regulatory standards promptly and accurately.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and techniques recommended by the clinical team during client evaluations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client wellbeing.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and improvement of service standards.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, fostering productive relationships.

• Establish open communication channels with community stakeholders to align our services with local needs and outreach efforts.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and representing the agency at various meetings.

• Promote our agency's mission and values across all interactions and service delivery.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic's objectives and enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use challenges. Many clients may also come from underserved backgrounds, requiring a culturally competent approach to care that fosters trust and healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active and independent LMHC license issued by the state board of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
