Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring a comprehensive and client-centered approach.

• Facilitate both group and individual therapy sessions, actively engaging clients in their healing process.
\n
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards of practice.

• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary team to create a well-rounded support system for clients, exchanging insights and strategies to enhance client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Many of our clients may come from underserved backgrounds, and your role will be vital in providing them with the necessary support and guidance to navigate their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon is required.
\n
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.
\n
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practices.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a variety of clients, including those from different backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
\n
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
