Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and craft individualized treatment plans that address specific challenges, utilizing client-centered therapy techniques.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to enhance client engagement and effectiveness of treatment.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to develop an integrated treatment plan, ensuring continuity of care and a holistic approach to mental health.

• Document all sessions and client interactions accurately and in compliance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
