Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms related to mood disorders, taking into account their medical history and personal challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that are directly aligned with their individual needs and therapy goals.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Completed a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possess a current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
