Work Environment\n

This position is primarily a remote role, providing the opportunity for therapists to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of their own homes. Our outpatient model ensures that while you work independently, you are still part of a vibrant team that collaborates regularly through virtual meetings and case consultations. The typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand client backgrounds, needs, and goals, and design individualized treatment plans that reflect these factors.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various client groups, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other established methodologies.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational workshops, addressing prevalent mental health topics and creating a sense of belonging among participants.

• Collaborate actively with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated care and open communication about client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in distress, offering immediate support and guidance during challenging times.

• Educate clients on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their wellness.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining accurate and confidential documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role is required, additional experience in outpatient settings, group therapy facilitation, and crisis intervention is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n
