Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide crisis intervention by developing pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans as necessary.

• Document clinical activities promptly to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs effectively, collaborating with clinical teams to implement positive behavior support plans.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the organization’s compliance and quality assurance initiatives.

• Serve as a liaison to local, state, and federal agencies as well as community partners, facilitating effective communication and resource sharing.

• Promote the agency’s mission and values through community outreach, establishing relationships and securing potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by attending training sessions, workshops, and conferences relevant to mental health and counseling.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to an effective and supportive team dynamic.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
