Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the unique needs and goals of patients seeking treatment for substance use disorders, employing standardized assessment tools and individualized approaches.

• Develop detailed treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation, utilizing evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Facilitate engaging individual counseling sessions designed to foster understanding, insight, and coping strategies for clients facing addiction related challenges.

• Lead group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share experiences and support one another through their recovery journeys.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care plans, ensuring that all aspects of a patient’s health are addressed holistically.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate support during emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families on addiction, recovery processes, and the various community resources available to aid them in their journey.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation in alignment with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• Extensive understanding of substance use disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy specifically within an addiction treatment context.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer bonuses based on performance metrics.
