Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual goals and challenges.

• Delivering individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Monitoring client progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Providing teletherapy services to accommodate clients who may face accessibility challenges, thus ensuring all individuals receive the support they need.

• Maintaining thorough documentation and case notes, while adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice in mental health care.

• Participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults seeking therapy for a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related issues, and more. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
\n
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet client needs and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While previous experience is not mandatory, candidates with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy, especially in the outpatient setting, will be given preference. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position is competitive, with a salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience level. In addition, we offer:
