Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, cultural background, and personal contexts.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with knowledge and skills to manage their mental health conditions effectively.

• Participate as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to deliver comprehensive client care.

• Conduct regular outcome assessments to measure treatment effectiveness and adapt interventions as necessary.

• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in mental health to incorporate innovative practices into your clinical work.

• Adhere to all ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate the establishment of rapport with clients from varied cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have at least two years of clinical experience. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and a history of providing culturally competent care will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
