Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to create a nuanced understanding of each patient’s needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that consider their specific goals, cultural nuances, and strengths.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across various formats such as individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, demonstrating an understanding of acute mental health challenges and ensuring that clients receive timely support.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Offer psychoeducation to both patients and their families to cultivate a deeper understanding of mental health conditions and skills to manage them effectively.

• Stay actively involved in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment plans are in place for all patients.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome measures, making data-informed adjustments to enhance client care and wellness.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of current research and best practices in the field of mental health.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards in practice, maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Georgia.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with a wide range of patients, particularly those from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a similar clinical setting is required, preferred candidates will have experience in trauma-informed therapy and demonstrated proficiency in working with clients facing significant mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
