Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health evaluations, including diagnostic interviews, psychosocial assessments, and risk evaluations to identify client needs accurately.

• Collaborate closely with each client to co-create individualized treatment plans that integrate their personal goals, cultural context, and therapeutic preferences.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services in various formats, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and health regulations.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies, empowering them to take an active role in managing their well-being.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide holistic care to clients.

• Regularly assess client progress and clinical outcomes, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed to enhance effectiveness.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and clinical practices to continuously enrich therapeutic services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and often face a range of emotional issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will engage with individuals, couples, and families, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs and cultural perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients from various cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience providing therapeutic services in outpatient or community mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
