Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans that are reflective of each individual’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches for individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to provide integrated care and ensure that clients receive holistic support tailored to their specific situations.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress, demonstrating your ability to think critically and compassionately in challenging circumstances.

• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote mental health literacy and reduce stigma, helping to raise awareness in the Tucson community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, each presenting distinct mental health challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other conditions, creating an inclusive environment that fosters trust and healing. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.
