Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish their treatment goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address identified issues and leverage clients’ strengths.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions to adults, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Engage clients through teletherapy platforms, maintaining a professional and secure environment for virtual sessions.

• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance your expertise and stay informed about the latest mental health methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• No history of disciplinary actions or grievances on your professional license.
