Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to identify patient needs and formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Collaborate closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges, goals, and culturally relevant factors.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) within various therapeutic settings, including individual and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in acute distress, maintaining a clear and effective line of communication with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

• Engage in the provision of psychoeducation for patients and their families, equipping them with knowledge and skills to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Participate in regular outcome assessments to measure treatment effectiveness, adapting plans as necessary to improve patient outcomes.

• Stay current with ongoing research and best practices in mental health to enhance clinical skills and integrate new methods into practice.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.
