Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, risk assessments, and diagnostic interviews to inform treatment planning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with clients that address their individual goals, needs, and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, in individual and group settings to facilitate healing and growth.

• Provide crisis intervention and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with our clinic's policies and legal requirements.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, helping them acquire the necessary skills to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes, making adjustments to therapeutic approaches as needed to ensure optimal client progress.

• Stay current with ongoing research and best practices in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into practice.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW within Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
