Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews and diagnostic tools to understand clients’ mental health needs and history.

• Provide tailored individual therapy utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients facing accessibility challenges or those who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring effective and confidential service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current state license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD .

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to balance a caseload of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement, candidates with a Master’s degree or higher will be prioritized. Experience with specific populations (i.e., trauma survivors, children, or those with addiction issues) is also a plus, as is a history of facilitating group therapy sessions or workshops. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems is beneficial in streamlining your workflow.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits package includes:
