As an integral member of our outpatient team, you will provide therapeutic services remotely from Miami, Florida, while collaborating with colleagues to promote emotional well-being and recovery.

Work Environment\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor role is structured within a remote outpatient setting, promoting flexibility while allowing you the opportunity to build meaningful connections with clients. This position encourages a healthy work-life balance with 30 to 40 hours per week, as well as the ability to pursue personal interests outside of work. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, including crisis intervention strategies and behavioral guidelines.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation that meets regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as recommended by clinical protocols to enhance client evaluation processes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to craft and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Engage actively in agency licensing and accreditation processes to uphold standards of excellence in service delivery.

• Act as a liaison for clients, connecting with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Foster transparent communication with colleagues and stakeholders to promote the agency’s mission and meet contract standards.

• Build and sustain relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to explore new partnerships, funding opportunities, and program development.

• Pursue professional growth through attendance at workshops, conferences, and state meetings relevant to mental health practices.

• Embody and promote the agency’s values and philosophy in every aspect of service delivery.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic function.

Your focus will be on supporting diverse populations, including adults and adolescents navigating mental health conditions, those in recovery from substance use, and individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is a requirement for this position.

• Possession of an Independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license as recognized by the state board is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Revive and Thrive Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 86,000 to 103,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes productivity bonuses, continued professional development opportunities, flexible scheduling, paid time off, and health/dental/vision insurance.
