Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the needs of clients.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapies, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitating individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions, adapting interventions as necessary based on client feedback and progress.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as ethical guidelines.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

• Participating in ongoing training, workshops, and professional growth activities to stay updated on the latest mental health practices and research developments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of patients, from children to adults, facing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Your ability to establish rapport and a trusting relationship will be fundamental to fostering a supportive environment for each client. The diversity of clientele demands both sensitivity and skill, as you tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of individuals and families.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. A Doctoral degree is highly regarded.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is essential.

• At least two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
\n
• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and regulatory standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development of effective therapeutic relationships.

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse can be advantageous.

• Experience in a hybrid service delivery model, combining telehealth and in-person sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, paid parental leave, and more.
