Part-time schedules are also available, accommodating individual availability and team requirements while maintaining a no-weekend workload.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a variety of formats including group, family, couples, and individual therapy sessions.

• Utilize an array of therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to provide effective treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
