Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a diverse caseload by establishing rapport and positive, professional relationships with clients, adhering to ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, stability, and reassess treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and oversee personalized treatment plans centered on clients’ goals, ensuring that their mental health needs are met effectively.

• Document and maintain accurate records for each client, including progress notes and updates on treatment outcomes.

• Conduct intake assessments to determine the appropriate level of care for new clients.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance professional development and clinical skills.

• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Proficiency with relevant software, including proficiency with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Competence in performing intake assessments with sensitivity and professionalism.
