Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to devise personalized therapy strategies that address their unique needs and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methods for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing diverse approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals to provide holistic support for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain current with advancements in mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Revive and Thrive, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical frameworks governing mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional performance-based bonuses.
