Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a primary clinician, providing counseling services to clients suffering from major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in community settings and virtually.

• Establish and maintain rapport with clients, ensuring trust and confidentiality while adhering to the ethical guidelines set forth by our organization.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that include assessments, intervention strategies, and follow-up services, coordinating with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and facilitate referrals for more comprehensive assessments when necessary, ensuring clients receive the supportive services they require.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, proactively managing safety concerns and developing strategies to de-escalate intense situations.

• Monitor client progress through therapeutic sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, while adapting treatment plans based on an evolving understanding of client needs.

• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of documentation, including client progress notes and treatment summaries, to facilitate continuity of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for the Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
