Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to create personalized therapeutic plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy—to address the varying challenges faced by clients.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, fostering an environment conducive to open communication and healing.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Your role will primarily involve working with clients who experience a range of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or community mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.
