Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, guiding the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, which include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to foster comprehensive care and ensure coordination of services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to ethical standards and legal guidelines to support best practices and accountability.

• Stay updated on current trends, research, and innovations in the mental health field by attending workshops and engaging in professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Renewal Roots Center, you will work with a diverse population ranging from adolescents to adults, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Your expertise will support clients from all backgrounds, enabling you to build therapeutic relationships based on trust and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting is essential.

• Strong knowledge of ethical practice standards and legal regulations pertinent to mental health counseling is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and professional experience.
