Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments for individuals seeking support, identifying their unique needs and strengths.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and are aligned with clients’ therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions using a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Offer group therapy sessions designed to create a supportive community for individuals dealing with similar challenges.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, employing adaptive strategies as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the therapeutic process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance and protect client privacy.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support across various dimensions of health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a wide range of backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. You will be tasked with engaging a diverse client base, promoting inclusive practices, and respecting the cultural sensitivities of those you work with.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include:
