You will be supported by advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline client management, monitoring, and communication. Your fixed work hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, promoting a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, ensuring that therapy plans are personalized and effective.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using a range of therapeutic techniques and methods tailored to clients’ specific situations.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress regularly to adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring continued alignment with their mental health goals.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele that encompasses various age groups and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• A valid California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a counseling setting with proven expertise in handling complex mental health cases.

• A solid understanding of and commitment to culturally competent practices within therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
