Work Environment\n

In this fully remote position, you'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule Monday through Friday, with a standard working time from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans focusing on each client's unique mental health needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our electronic health record system to track client developments and compliance with state regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay current on the latest trends and techniques in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base, including adolescents, adults, and families, facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be critical in providing support to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring that treatment approaches are respectful, inclusive, and tailored to their individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current California licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional communication and active listening skills to effectively connect with clients and foster trusting relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
