Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop tailored therapeutic plans that address their specific mental health needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and address the holistic needs of clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that empower clients to engage in their healing process and learn essential coping skills.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapeutic services to individuals from diverse backgrounds and with various mental health challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The expected salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
