Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and create personalized treatment plans that target their specific challenges.

• Provide therapy in both individual and group formats, employing evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Address a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to PTSD, depression, and anxiety, through well-rounded therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California, demonstrating your qualification to practice independently in the state.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Impact Learning & Development Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 117,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
