Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to individuals seeking to manage stress, enhance relaxation, and improve overall mental health.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, and customize mindfulness practices to meet their needs effectively.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing practices, equipping them with the tools needed to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
