Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop individualized mindfulness-based treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), guided meditation, and breathing techniques, to help clients manage stress, anxiety, and improve emotional balance.

• Lead engaging group workshops and educational sessions that focus on mindfulness practices, resilience-building strategies, and effective stress management techniques.

• Continuously evaluate clients' progress through detailed documentation and adapt intervention strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with other therapists and healthcare providers to create a multi-faceted treatment approach that integrates mindfulness practices across various therapeutic modalities.

• Promote a calming and supportive therapeutic environment, effectively utilizing communication skills to foster trust and openness with clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; Master's or Doctorate is preferred.

• Current valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrable experience in conducting mindfulness-based interventions and knowledge of MBSR techniques is valuable.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with a variety of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in community mental health settings and familiarity with telehealth practices.

• Previous training or certification in mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches, particularly MBSR.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000, along with a comprehensive healthcare benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
