Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized therapeutic strategies to clients through individualized assessments and evaluations, ensuring their unique needs are met.

• Conduct therapeutic sessions employing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic client care, coordinating efforts to address both mental health and social factors affecting clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
