With a focus on maintaining work-life balance, you will work from the comfort of your home during standard business hours, specifically Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, considering their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailored to meet their unique needs and aspirations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

• Educate clients and family members about mood disorders, treatment modalities, and essential relapse prevention strategies.
\n
• Track client progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate routinely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for our clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health to inform your therapeutic practices.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Contribute to team meetings and case consultations to share insights and enhance collective clinical skills.

• Actively participate in advocacy efforts aimed at de-stigmatizing mental health disorders and promoting advocacy for clients' needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Your expertise will help these individuals navigate their challenges, develop coping strategies, and work toward achieving their personal mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Texas.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.
\n
• Strong familiarity with psychopharmacology to collaborate effectively with prescribing psychiatrists.

• Demonstrable experience and a track record of successful outcomes in treating mood disorders.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and foster a trusting therapeutic alliance.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, with an emphasis on working with mood disorders.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and providing remote therapy services is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
