Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and implement individualized therapy strategies based on comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a range of mental health issues.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to meet clients’ specific goals and requirements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and medical professionals, to ensure holistic and integrated care plans for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation of client interactions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, attending workshops and seminars to enhance knowledge of current mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Our clients often have limited access to traditional mental health resources, making your role crucial in providing the support they require for recovery and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
