Work Environment\n

This position operates within an outpatient office setting, primarily offering remote work flexibility. The operational hours are expected to be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours required to accommodate client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries as you assist them through their healing journey.

• Conduct regular sessions to review individual progress, evaluate stability, discuss upcoming appointments, and establish discharge plans when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continually refine person-centered treatment plans based on unique client needs, ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment updates, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to effectively determine the needs and goals of new clients within your care.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly and participate in supervision to enhance your clinical skills and professional growth.

Qualifications\n
