Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments with clients to identify their unique stressors, mental health challenges, and personal goals. Utilize this information to develop individualized treatment plans incorporating mindfulness techniques.

• Deliver live and virtual mindfulness-based interventions and therapeutic sessions to clients, focusing on strategies such as meditation, self-reflection, and breathing exercises aimed at reducing anxiety and promoting emotional regulation.

• Lead engaging group workshops and classes on mindfulness and stress management, facilitating discussions on personal experiences while guiding participants through practical exercises designed to foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess current and valid licensure as a LCSW-C or LCPC in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
