Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to deeply understand clients’ mental health challenges. Utilize evidence-based practices to formulate effective and personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs and goals of the clients you serve.

• Assist clients in establishing therapeutic goals collaboratively while continually monitoring their progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure effective treatment.

• Provide virtual therapy solutions that cater to clients who face transportation challenges or prefer the convenience of teletherapy.

• Maintain thorough and ethical documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to all professional standards and HIPAA guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to expand your clinical expertise, such as attending workshops, seminars, and other training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
