Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly therapy sessions via secure video conferencing to provide evidence-based treatment to individuals (ages 13 and up) and couples dealing with a range of emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive treatment plans and engage with fellow therapists in our growing community for professional development and support.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and tracking tools to adapt treatment plans based on client feedback and progress, ensuring measurement-based care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal which enhances workflow efficiency.

• Seek guidance and consult with the Therapy Leadership Team as needed to refine treatment strategies and enhance patient outcomes.

• Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and security of client information in all interactions.

• Create comprehensive assessments and treatment plans that address the individual needs and objectives of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and adults facing emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma.
