Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to fully understand clients' mental health needs, and collaboratively devise effective treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques that promote mental wellness, resilience, and personal growth.

• Set therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress to ensure positive outcomes.

• Utilize our telehealth platform to deliver accessible counseling to clients, adjusting therapy modalities as needed based on individual client preferences and needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse population facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
