Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage primarily with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present with various mental health challenges. Your role is pivotal in assisting these individuals to develop essential life skills tailored to their personal experiences. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and current state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice. We do not offer supervision, so candidates must be fully licensed; acceptably credentialed candidates include LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, and LCSW.

• No limiting or provisional licenses; no previous disciplinary actions.

• Diverse interpersonal skills that foster trust, empathy, and communication with clients.

• Strong digital literacy skills, with the ability to navigate telehealth platforms efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your compensation is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 per year based on experience and the total hours worked.
