Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Harmony House Therapy, you will engage in a variety of tasks designed to support the emotional and mental well-being of your clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand familial dynamics and individual concerns, allowing for tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, families, and individual clients, addressing various issues including communication difficulties, grief and loss, and adjustment challenges.

• Providing education and resources to clients about coping strategies and mental health awareness to empower them in their healing process.
\n
• Developing and implementing treatment plans that are client-centered and committed to achieving measurable outcomes.

• Documenting client progress and therapeutic interactions in compliance with best practices and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support to clients experiencing medical issues in conjunction with mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will encompass a wide range of patient demographics, including both children and adults. You will work with families facing various issues such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
